​​These are the classes that Cascade Karting Association is offering for our 7th annual Betty Boop Memorial. On top of the classes listed below, we will also be running CKAs famous "Hour With No Power", and in memory of Betty Singleton our 20 Lap, 20 Dollar Powder Puff race.

We will also honor the 3+ karts makes a class if you have 3 or more karts that do not fit into the above listed Classes       

All #s must be on a white 8 inch square with black 6 inch numbers. Anything different must be approved by the club. Unapproved  #s are suspect to not being counted during the race.

It is the responsibility of each driver and team member to become familiar with the rules pertaining to the class or classes you are running.

Just a reminder: ALL non wedge karts must have a rear bumper that covers a minimum of half of the rear tires and not  wider than the bodywork.

CKA Memberships are now calendar year, meaning good from January 1st thru December 31st. Be sure and get your membership before you race.

You do not have to be a member in order to race with CKA. However, You will not start to accumulate points until you have a paid driver membership. Any points obtained prior to full membership are not retroactive. Full Memberships are:

Minor Driver.....$25.00

​Adult Driver.......$30.00

​Pit/Crew..............$10.00

Helmets:
 Full-face helmets designed for competitive motorsports use, that comply  with Snell Foundation specifications M/K or SA2010, M/K or SA2015.  SFI 24.1, 31.1 & 41.1  or higher or  equivalent are mandatory.  SA rated helmets are recommended for karts with cages. Helmet must be available at pre-tech inspection. Helmets must be secured with a strap. A full face shield, integral with the helmet, is mandatory.

CKA Uses an automated scoring system

The receivers for this system (RFID tags) are available at the registration booth for $20.00. If you have already purchased an RFID tag from Salem, you will not need to purchase a separate one from CKA, as our system is compatible with theirs.
